HOW TO PACKAGE YOURSELF AND ATTRACT A LADY

Believe it or not, most women subconsciously fall for wealthy guys or guys that look wealthy. Many girls dream about prince charming, the truth is princes are rich. Independent, working women and/or wealthy women want to date a guy that's at their social level. If you think women avoid you because they know you're not wealthy, follow these steps below. This is also suitable for guys, that were admitted to a posh university that want to be accepted and make friends.

1.Dress Smart.
Wear shorts only to the beach or when shopping. Instead of always wearing T-shirts, try wearing men's plaid shirts over jeans or khakis. In more formal circumstances, wear a jacket over your shirt. Dress up in a dress suit once in a while. Go for the business, business casual or/and preppy look. If you're in a university, the preppy look is the best.

2.Make Sure Your Clothes Fit Properly.
Wearing clothes too baggy can give the impression of sloppiness, and clothing too tight will just look feminine and embarrassing.

3.Buying One Pair of Shoes to go with Your Wardrobe is Impossible.
Most men think that having 2-3 pair of shoes is enough. However, if you have only a pair or two of shoes, they will get worn-off faster and most probably they will look trashy if worn too often. Try to invest in some quality dress shoes, as well as some casual loafers or desert boots. Besides, if you wear a pair of shoes too often, you'll get smelly feet.

4.Have a good hygiene.
This one sounds easy, but if you are too lazy, you should struggle with it. Wash daily.

5. Use Cosmetics.
More and more men are using cosmetics and cleansers these days in order to look good. Don't assume that you will look fine without cleaning the black spots and acne from your skin. Don't assume that just washing your face with soap will make it look good and healthy.

6. Try to Make Friends With Wealthy People.
Joining a golf association or certain upscale clubs is a perfect opportunity to climb the social ladder. Just because they will keep you away from your dream - becoming one of the preppy kids. However, don't be rude and nasty to them, just don't get very close to them.

7.Buy a Watch.
It doesn't have to be a Rolex or Tag Heuer, as long as it looks classic and masculine. Try to go for stainless steel or gold if you can afford it. Stay away from watches that are too trendy, such as ones with square faces, or digital watches.

8.Carry Yourself Proudly and Show Confidence.
Be calm yet out-spoken, and take the time to add new words to your vocabulary. Appearing educated is key.

COUNTRY FIRST(IV)

Countrymen and women, NOW is the time to make NIGERIA work, and this challenge is a collective, indiscriminate of the prejudice of creed and clan, indiscriminate of partisanship, and regardless of regional and religious dichotomies, to make this union great it must always be COUNTRY FIRST.

This clarion call devolves on the seven incontrovertible normative I here present to you my Compatriots.

1. PEACE is priceless because no matter how well intentioned leadership is, in an atmosphere of rancour and conflict nothing will work, and the expected CHANGE would become a mirage. May we therefore cease to disparage and threaten our union.

2. LOVE is key to the survival of any union or nation. We must take a cue from Mr President who has consistently recognised the role ex President Jonathan played in sustaining this union by conceding defeat at the polls, and sheath the sword. PDP/APC and PMB/GEJ supporters must realize that in the end NIGERIA is the winner.

3. DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS are incumbent on citizenship. Leaders and the led must therefore commit to the minimum margins of discipline and responsible conduct. Leadership must be responsible and responsive knowing that governance is a social contract, and the led must not only place demands on leadership but obey Laws and discharge their civic duties without let or hindrance. Arise O' Compatriots!

TO BE CONT'D.

God Bless Nigeria.

Find your Business Mentor

A mentor is a person with more experience in business, or simply in life, who can help an entrepreneur hone her or his abilities and advise him or her on navigating new challenges. A mentor can be a boon to an entrepreneur in a broad range of scenarios, whether they provide pointers on business strategy, bolster your networking efforts or act as confidantes when your work-life balance gets out of whack. But the first thing you need to know when seeking out a mentor is what you're looking for from the arrangement.
what's 'your vision at the end? What does success look like and what is your objective? Is it to be financially independent? Is it to do something meaningful? Will you Have time for your family?' Knowing a business owner's goals helps him and gives him a better understanding and what he brings to the equation.

How do you search for your business mentor?

1. Start with family and friends -
When looking for a mentor, start close to home. Very close to home. 'Sometimes you can talk to your own relatives or friends, people who you trust, who you know, who you can sit and say ‘gee whiz, what do you think about this

2) Consider those in your extended network -
If your friends and family give you enough unsolicited advice already, and you don't think that's the route for you, your remaining options are people who don't know you as well or don't know you at all yet. How do you ask for such a big commitment from a near stranger? The first step is to reach out to your network of contacts. A positive word from a mutual friend can go a long way towards getting a mentoring relationship off to a good start.

3) Attend conferences-
You shouldn't choose a mentor overnight, which means you should keep your antenna poised to pick up on potential mentors at conferences, trade shows, etc. Meeting with a future mentor in person helps build a rapport and you might want to wait until that connection develops before popping the questions through local and international conferences.

4) Consider complete strangers -
Maybe none of the people in your network seem like a good fit for you. Start doing some research. Profiles of business owners in magazines and newspapers might key you in to someone who matches your style. But once you have some prospects proceed delicately. Find out as much as you can about the potential mentor and try to schedule a brief interview by phone saying you have some specific questions or just generally want to pick their brain.

5) Pay for a mentor -
But what if you have a great idea that you want to get off the ground quickly, and you need a quick jolt of expertise? Good informal mentorships are cultivated gradually and can often last for years. If what you need is a crash course, it might be time to bring in the consultants.
