Your destiny lies within your mouth

So many people just don't understand the power of life and death which is in our mouths. Going about issuing words of death without any concern whatsoever. I hope that I can give deeper insight on this powerful teaching for all who hath an ear to hear. From experience: I had learned this the hard way in life. I have destroyed every relationship I have had; because of my deadly tongue. I have killed people inside because of my poisonous words. I had brought curses upon my relationships, finances, jobs, health and continuing strongholds in my life. All because the "little member" called the tongue! Praise be to God he has opened my eyes to see this truth! Please take great heed to what the Lord through me is about to tell...
It is my personal belief from experienced to say that: A person brings more sin on their life from their words, then any other way or action that could cause sin,(Psalm 39;1). I would have to say that our Lord would agree with me for it is him that said: "But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man”,(Matt 15;18-20) I have noticed from myself and other's we tend to praise and bless God one minute and then sometime during the day we curse men. Like it's nothing, James 3;9
. Example: Your reading and praying before you go to work and then while in a traffic jam on your way to work, your yelling and name calling because of the person in front of you won't move fast enough or get out of your way. Just one of many examples. Which we will have to stand accountable before the Lord for "every idle word that men shall speak" on that great day of judgement. I have noticed that every time I lied, I had to lie again, just to cover up the last lie. That it just a repeated pattern for someone who has lied, not knowing that it is an abomination and that God hates a lying tongue. Heaping sin and great judgment upon myself. When we cut people down and attack them with our words, we are sticking them in the heart with a sword,Prov 12;18. Killing them with one word at a time. Not only killing them; but killing our own selves as well. That is the number one reason in America and other countries that people end up alone over the most. Because of our big mouths! It is our mouths that brings forth our fruit. We have to learn to start speaking positive words over ourselves and others. God cannot stress this to you enough: that you will eat the fruits of your lips in this life. If a person says things about themselves or others they will start believing the very words they profess! That is just a fact! "I'm stupid", "I just can't keep anybody", "I got cancer I just know it", "I will never be good for anybody", "I can't never get a good job", "I'm ugly", "Lord, I'm no good for your kingdom", "I can never get ahead" and the list goes on and on... Well, your right! The disciple James from experience tells us that: "And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell
. Our little tongue is so powerful that it cannot only destroy our whole body; it can also destroy the very course of nature laid out for our life's, bringing death unto us and everything in our life's as well and the ending result is hell,1 Peter 3;10! Just think back on your own experiences. If your wan God's healing's, blessing's and favor's; than you had better start speaking them over your life's! Speak those things as though they were ,Romance 4;17And when you speak and pray in faith, you shall have whatsoever you ask for,John 11;22. The scriptures are full teachings on the power of the tongue; but this is just a short list that gives enough insight on this topic. Bottom line: watch what you say! Begin today forming habits of positive speaking over your life and the life's of others. For it is in your mouth that brings forth the fruit in life,Prov 12;14.

The Power of Personal Values

I like that coaches-in-training must try out coaching tools on themselves first so that they get a chance to experience what it’s like to be a client. The most powerful and valuable part of my beginning coaching studies was the work I did on clarifying my own personal values. In my own practice, I focus a lot on values assessments because of the tremendous positive change it has brought about within myself.
Throughout most of life we are given messages about what’s expected of us from our family, our friends, and the media. We try to abide by these to the best of our abilities, but along the way we might find that we’re just a little stressed out, a little unfulfilled, or a little unhappy, but not be able to pinpoint why. A big part of coaching is living authentically, which to me means living a fulfilling life by incorporating what is most important to you as best as you can. Up until I began my coaching studies I had never sat down and thought about what was most important to me, and only me.
Through work with my peer coaches I was able to clarify what I wanted out of life, and more importantly, ideas on how to incorporate more of what I wanted. I even learned of misconceptions I had about myself. For example, I always thought of myself as a person always seeking excitement, but after working with my peer coaches I was able to clarify it as a desire for new and meaningful experiences. This might seem like one and the same, but that small difference helped me go from stressing because I wasn’t going out and being a social butterfly every weekend to finding contentment by trying a new style of yoga, taking a class in something I knew nothing about, or even taking a different route to the grocery store. With just this one small shift in thinking, several new doors opened for me.
Working with clients and their values is a great source of potential for change and growth. By focusing on personal values, your clients can:
  • clarify what is important to them in ways they might not have realized before.
  • pinpoint areas in their life where these values might be lacking or where incorporating more of a value could be beneficial
  • celebrate what makes them unique and what makes them thrive
  • provide themselves with a foundation to build a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
As I continue to work with clients and their values, I gain more and more satisfaction out of being a coach and watching the transformations before me. I urge each of you to take some time and think about what you value and pinpoint areas of your life where you could take action more in line with these values.

How to Eliminate Depression from Your Life

Have you or someone you have known experienced long-term bouts of sadness? What about loss of interest?
When you have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities or start to feel that life isn't worth living, you may be experiencing more than what you think,For you may be experiencing depression.
Being depressed all of the time, without any motivation to do anything, sucks the life out of you. You can't move, eat or sleep. And depression hurts not only you, but your loved ones, too.

Below are 10 warning signs that you or someone you know may be dealing with depression, symptoms vary by individual. All 10 signs may not occur at once -- severity can fluctuate. Whether mild or major, depression can be treated naturally and with medical care.
10 Warning Signs of Depression
1. Sleeping too much or not enough.
2. Interest in death and suicide.
3. Poor nutrition.
4. Loss of interest in life.
5. Decreased or lack of energy.
6. Persistent feeling of sadness.
7. Feeling helpless and hopeless.
8. Crying all of the time.
9. Difficulty concentrating and making decisions.
10. Aches and pains that don't get better with treatment.
How to Eliminate Depression from Your Life
1. Start a daily routine.
Create a daily schedule. For example, you can wake up at 6 a.m. every day, meditate, work out, take a shower and eat breakfast. A schedule gives you control over your life, because it's up to you to make and stick to it. When you feel stuck, change your routine.
2. Change your diet for the better.
When you don't eat a balanced diet, you can feel lethargic and emotional. Go through your refrigerator, freezer, pantry and cupboards and toss out the junk. Replace foods with whole grains, fruits, healthy fats (avocado) proteins (salmon), vegetables and whatever foods your doctor recommends.
3. Exercise does your body and mind good.
Humans were meant to move. Working out five to seven days a week is good for your mind, body and soul. Has it been some time since you've exercised? Start off slow. You may want to join a gym and work out with a personal trainer who'll create a workout routine for your body.
4. Challenge negative thought patterns.
How often do you challenge negative thought patterns? For example, if you feel worthless, how do you know you're worthless? Did someone tell you that you are? If they did, how do you know it's true? Whoever put you down most likely had issues themselves and passed their "stinking thinking" onto you. Question your thoughts before you accept them as truth.
5. Try something new.
Get out of your comfort zone and try something new. Take a pottery class or join a hiking group. Sign up for a half or full marathon. Go to the art museum or eat at a new restaurant. When you do something new, it changes the chemical makeup in your brain -- dopamine levels are altered. This is associated with pleasure.

The amazing health benefits of Romaine lettuce

Romaine lettuce is a fantastic leafy green that contains all 8 of the essential amino acids. It is also high in omega-3, calcium, and iron and has more vitamin C than an orange. Romaine is rich in beta carotene, folate, and vitamins E & K. The beta carotene and folic acid in romaine lettuce can reduce the risk of heart attacks and stroke, while the vitamins E & K can help balance blood sugar, strengthen muscles and bones, and build a healthy immune system.
It can also help to prevent the oxidation of cholesterol and its high silicon content helps to repair and renew joints, bones, arteries, and connective tissues. Romaine is also unique in that it contains very low levels of oxalic acid making it an ideal leafy green for those

Ranieri old,Wenger a failure:Mourinho mockery coming back to haunt him

Throughout his coaching career, Jose Mourinho has often had the last laugh. The most successful coach in the past decade along with Bayern Munich and former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola, the Portuguese has relished putting down some of his counterparts. This season, however, it no longer seems so clever.

The Portuguese replaced Ranieri at Chelsea for his first spell in 2004. "It was the end of the cycle," he said back then. But he later attacked the Italian when the two men were working in Serie A, Mourinho at Inter and Ranieri at Juventus.
"Ranieri has the mentality of someone who doesn’t need to win," he said in 2008. "He is almost 70 years old, he has won a Supercup and another small trophy and he is too old to change his mentality. He’s old and he hasn’t won anything."

Today, Chelsea travel to Leicester for a meeting with the Premier League's surprise package in 2015-16 - and his old foe Claudio Ranieri.

Russian laboratory invents chemical to remove the black skin layer of black people

This is unbelievable and yet real. Russian researchers have developed a chemical process to whiten quickly a person.
With a mixture that includes oxytane and benzodiazepine. It would suffice to stay for 6 hours in a bath consisting of 50grams per liter of water.
Then the skin peels off naturally. This is in fact the upper skin layer responsible for the color that can be removed.
The laboratory at the origin of the discovery has already announced 254 people have been treated by this method. The Russian government may soon allow the reimbursement of this treatment.
According to Russian authorities, is an high value for thousands of immigrants who may feel more integrated in Russia once their color matches the one of the premises.
