Muslim Extremists Being Banned From Immigrating To The United States

                  Image result for Muslim Extremists
Over the past few weeks and days, it has become increasingly clear that America is at war—not with a nation, but with a world view. The truth is, America is at war with radical Islam..
And while some might argue that though is racist, it must be remembered that Islam is not a race. It is not America’s intention to take out the Middle East. It simple can no longer stand by and watch the brutally violent actions of the radical Islamist terrorist group ISIS. The group is posing a growing threat to the west, and some experts have argued that they will be a difficult enemy to beat, in a battle that could likely last a century.
According to Justice Department attorney Larry Klayman, American immigration will be an important front in this battle. Klayman argued that the United States is engaged in “a religious war, not of our making but for which we must confront and win.” He also believes that Islam is simply not “compatible with Western values.”
Although many of his factual claims are incorrect, in theory, his statements are true. Which begs the question: what should America do about it? There is no question that the radical group has start to present a threat to American freedom.
What should United States do next?

New child benefits boost sales in Poland: report

                              Image result for poland children
The conservative Law and Justice government's flagship child benefits programme has resulted in increased spending on home appliances and more frequent visits to shopping malls, according to reports
The recently-introduced “500+” programme provides all families with two or more children with a state handout of PLN 500 (USD 127, EUR 112) a month per child.
In May, retail sales of household appliances such as refrigerators and televisions jumped by up to 11 percent in Poland, while the number of customers in shopping centers increased 13 percent compared to the previous month.
Earlier this month, Polish news website Onet.pl reported that the launch of the benefits programme was followed by a spike in child neglect cases.
“The number of our interventions related to alcohol abuse has increased dramatically,” Piotr GrudziÅ„ski, head of the local Family Support Centre in WÅ‚ocÅ‚awek, central Poland, told Onet.pl.
“When we compared the dates of our interventions with the schedule of the 500+ payments, unfortunately it turned out that such events occur after the money is paid out,” he added.
A recent survey for Rzeczpospolita by pollster IBRiS has shown that 59 percent of Poles approve of the 500+ programme, while 37 percent of respondents said they disapproved of the initiative.

Shock as German soldiers let kids play with machine guns

Image result for german kids hold machine guns
The German Defence Ministry is taking flak after pictures emerged of soldiers letting very small people play with some very big weapons.
It all started at an open-house event in Stetten, Baden-Württemberg at the weekend, where civilians were invited in to learn about the German armed forces, the Bundeswehr.
But on Tuesday the advocacy group German Peace Society - United Opponents of Military Service posted pictures on Facebook showing small, pre-school-aged children being offered the chance to handle some powerful guns on their own.
The guns in the pictures included a G36 assault rifle, a USP pistol, and a MP7 submachine gun, but Bundeswehr rules dictate that children under 18 should not be allowed to handle handguns.
"Unfortunately this was not an 'isolated case', but a structural problem: the German military today aims to speak with children and adolescents about their enthusiasm for technology in order to promote themselves,"-German Defence Ministry

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent his condolences to those affected by the Orlando massacre.
At least 49 people were killed and 53 were injured in the shooting at the pulse gay club in Orlando over the weekend.
With more than a hundred now confirmed dead or injured, the shooting is the worst in American history.
A number of world leaders have expressed condolences, from the Queen to Canadian PM Justin Trudeau – as well as the United Nations Security Council, Germany’s Angela Merkel, French President François Hollande, and South Africa’s Jacob Zuma.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has also expressed his condolences in a telegram to President Obama – perhaps surprisingly, given the shooting took place in a gay club.
It was confirmed: “In a telegram with condolences, the head of the Russian state stressed that Russia shares pain and sorrow of those who lost their near and dear ones as a result of this barbaric crime and hopes for a speedy recovery of those wounded.”
In his own speech,Putin said
“The problem of sexual minorities in Russia has been deliberately exaggerated from the outside for political reasons, I believe, without any good basis.
“People of non-traditional sexual orientation work, they live in peace, they get promoted, they get state awards for their achievements in science and arts or other areas. I personally have awarded them medals, but we have a ban on gay propaganda. I don’t see anything un-democratic in that.”

Kenyan High Court dismisses bail plea by lawmakers held over hate speech

The High Court in Kenya has dismissed an application for bail by eight lawmakers held over hate speech.
Justice Joseph Onguto said he would provide the reasons for dismissing the application on Thursday.
The leaders have been detained at the Pangani and Muthaiga police stations.
The leaders, who were arraigned in a magistrate's court on Tuesday over alleged hate speech, had moved to the High Court seeking their release on bail.
They are Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama and MPs Junet Mohamed (Suna East), Timothy Bosire (Kitutu Masaba), Moses Kuria (Gatundu South), Ferdinand Waititu (Kabete) and Kimani Ngunjiri (Bahati).
Others are women representatives Florence Mutua (Busia) and Aisha Jumwa (Kilifi).
In their application, the lawmakers claimed they had been held for several hours without food, water and access to medication.
They also said they had not been allowed to see their relatives or spouses.
They had sued the Inspector-General of police, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

Gun control ‘part and parcel’ of national security -Homeland Security Chief

                                             Jeh Johnson

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson added his voice on Wednesday to the growing list of names demanding that gun control be considered an integral part of national security.
"When it comes to protecting the United States from the threat of terrorism, gun control is now a critical component," Johnson said This Morning." "I am not anxious to plunge into yet another difficult, contentious issue like the ones I already have. I do believe, however, that meaningful, responsible gun control is now part and parcel of homeland security."
"It's critical to public safety, but we have to face the fact that meaningful, responsible gun control has to be part of homeland security as well, given the prospect of homegrown, home-born violent extremism in this country. We've seen this now with Orlando, tragically, with San Bernardino. It's something that I think the American public and the Congress has to face and has to address," he added.

Dollar to crash down as Nigeria moves to devalue the Naira today

                                              Mr. Godwin Emefiele

The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Godwin Emefiele, will finally unveil the much-anticipated guidelines paving the way for the new forex regime
As part of the new policy, the CBN will allow market forces determine the exchange rate between the naira and other currencies but may retain a small intervention window to allow it intervene in some instances ‘critical’ to the nation’s economic growth and will apply foreign exchange at an adjustable rate between N230 and N250, depending on the rate in the market.
A top CBN official, who confirmed yesterday that Emefiele would brief the press today on the flexible exchange regime however did not provide further details on what the guidelines would entail.
He said the CBN was now adequately prepared and has the firepower to support the new flexible forex regime, adding: “Once it is announced, we expect to see stability in the forex market and some appreciation in the parallel market that will reduce the gap between the official and informal forex market rates.”

Health benefits of Aloe Vera

Image result for aloe vera? products

                                                    What is aloe vera?

[Aloe vera from above]
According to Kew Gardens, England's royal botanical center of excellence, Aloe vera has been used for centuries and is currently more popular than ever. It is cultivated worldwide, primarily as a crop for "Aloe gel", which comes from the leaf.
Here are some key points about Aloe vera. More detail and supporting information is in the main article.
  • Aloe vera has succulent leaves and is used widely for many purposes
  • Its first written mention comes from an Egyptian source in the 16th century BC
  • There are many health claims surrounding Aloe vera, some of which appear to be true
  • Aloe gel is used in foods, cosmetics, supplements and herbal remedies
  • Cleopatra used Aloe vera to keep her skin soft
  • Aloe latex can ease constipation
  • Baby aloe shoot extract might protect the skin against sun damage
  • One study found that Aloe vera enhanced learning and memory and alleviated depression in mice.
Aloe vera is widely used today in:
  • Food - it is approved by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) as a natural flavoring
  • Cosmetics
  • Food supplements
  • Herbal remedies.

The earliest records of Aloe vera being used by humans appear in the Ebers Papyrus (Egyptian medical papyrus) from 16th century BC. According to a study published in the Indian Journal of Dematology, in ancient Egypt they called Aloe vera "that plant of immortality". The authors added that the plant has been used therapeutically for many centuries in China, Japan, India, Greece, Egypt, Mexico and Japan.
Cleopatra and Nefertiti, two queens of Egypt, apparently used Aloe vera to keep their skin soft. It was used to treat soldiers' wounds by Christopher Columbus and Alexander the Great.

The therapeutic benefits of Aloe vera?

The medicinal claims made about Aloe vera, as with many herbs and plants, are endless. Some are backed by rigorous scientific studies while others are not.

1.Teeth and gums:A study published in General Dentistry reported that Aloe Vera in tooth gels is as effective as tooth paste in fighting cavities. The researchers compared the germ-fighting ability of an Aloe vera tooth gel with two popular toothpastes and found that the gel was just as effective, and in some cases even better than the commercial brand toothpastes at controlling cavity-causing oral bacteria.

2. Constipation:Germany's regulatory agency for herbs - Commission E - approved the use of Aloe vera for the treatment of constipation. Dosages of between 50 to 200 milligrams of Aloe latex are commonly taken in liquid or capsule form once daily for up to ten days.

3.Antioxidant and possible antimicrobial properties:Researchers at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, wrote about a study in the journal Molecules.

The team had set out to determine whether the methanol extract of leaf skins and flowers of Aloe vera might have beneficial effects on human health. The scientists focused on the extract's possible antioxidant and antimycoplasmic activities. Mycoplasma are a type of bacteria that lack a cell wall, they are unaffected by many common antibiotics. Antimycoplasmic substances destroy these bacteria.
They reported that both Aloe vera flower and leaf extracts had antioxidant properties, especially the leaf skin extract. The leaf skin extract also exhibited antimycoplasmic properties.
The authors concluded "A. Vera extracts from leaf skin and flowers can be considered as good natural antioxidant sources."

4. Protection from skin damage after radiation therapy

A study carried out at the University of Naples, Italy, tested five different topical creams to see how effective they might be in protecting the skin of breast cancer patients receiving radiation therapy.
They tested the following hydrating creams - Vitis vinifera A. s-I-M.t-O.dij (Ixoderm®), Alga Atlantica plus Ethylbisiminomethylguaicolo and Manganese Cloruro (Radioskin1®) and Metal Esculetina plus Ginko Biloba and Aloe vera (Radioskin 2®); Natural triglycerides-fitosterols (Xderit®); Selectiose plus thermal water of Avene (Trixera+®); and Betaglucan, sodium hyaluronate (Neoviderm®).
They divided 100 patients into five groups of 20, each one was prescribed a different topical treatment. They applied the creams twice daily, starting 15 days before radiation therapy treatment, and carried on for one month afterwards.
During the whole 6-week period, the participants underwent weekly skin assessments.
In the journal Radiation Oncology, the scientists reported that the preventive use of the topical hydrating creams reduced the incidence of skin side effects in the women treated with radiation therapy for breast cancer. "All moisturizing creams used in this study were equally valid in the treatment of skin damage induced by radiotherapy."

 5. Depression, learning and memory - an animal experiment
A study published in Nutritional Neurosciences found that Aloe vera reduces depression and improves memory in mice. The researchers explained as background information that the plant had been used since ancient times for the treatment of infection, constipation and skin disorders.
The authors wanted to determine what effect Aloe vera might have in learning, memory, depression and locomotion.
After carrying out some experiments on laboratory mice, the scientists concluded "Aloe vera enhances learning and memory, and also alleviates depression in mice." Further studies are needed to find out whether humans might also receive the same benefits.

 6. Wounds from second degree burns
A team of plastic surgeons compared Aloe vera gel to 1% silver sulphadiazine cream for the treatment of second degree burn wounds.
They reported in the Journal of Pakistan Medical Association that the burn wounds among the patients treated with Aloe vera healed remarkably earlier compared to those treated with with 1% silver sulfadiazine (SSD).
The researchers added that those in the Aloe Vera group experienced significantly more and earlier pain relief than those in the SSD group.
In an abstract in the same journal, the authors wrote "Thermal burns patients dressed with Aloe vera gel showed advantage compared to those dressed with SSD regarding early wound epithelialization, earlier pain relief and cost-effectiveness."

5 Reasons You must not date a musician

                                  Image result for microphone Musician

I’m helping a few friends through the jungles of online dating and thought that maybe I should pass my dating knowledge onto the world. Mistakes? I’ve made a few, but then again, too few to mention! Well, actually I’m going to list them for y’all to save some heartache, some money, and a crap ton of time.

Never date a musician because you may cry.
Here are Five reasons:
 1. It’s a time commitment
I’m sure you’ve gone to see your friends’ bands play and they’re a pretty good break every month or so. Everybody mingles, you learn the words sort of and you have a great time. Now take that experience and multiply it by ONE MILLLION. Sister, you have to go to EVERY show, you even have to go to practice! You have to go to the shows in the basement at Jewish Community Centers at 5pm on a Sunday. You have to sit in the back of a van and unload a drum kit in New Jersey on Tuesdays. You have to stand behind a merch table in the back of a crowded club and dodge flying bodies from the mosh pit (true story, had bruises and got punched in the face). If you want to see your boyfriend at all you have to go to everything, and if you miss just one you’re in a ton of trouble and clearly don’t understand his passions.
2. They’re not going to be very good
Let’s face it, Justin Timberlake is not knocking on your door (he may be knocking on my sisters, if all goes to plan, but still). So not only do you have to go to a million shows you have to go to a million “eh” shows. I can tell you right now that the green room at CBGBs was a cesspool, and they don’t get much better anywhere else. More often than not you’ll either find yourself sitting on a couch drinking free beers surrounded by smoking 19 year olds, or at the bar. (note, drink tickets are a plus) It’ll progressively get worse if they start recording, you’re going to have to put it on your Ipod. Several times I’ve been listening to my ‘pod on random and thought “WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!” and then felt bad.
3. They’re probably going to cheat on you
Picture this: You spend the night with the lead singer of a band. He makes you dinner, you drink wine, you talk secrets all night. You’re pretty freaking happy! The next night you see a random friend at one of his shows… she sees you. “Hey what are you doing here!”s ensue. And oh, turns out her friend is the lead singers GIRLFRIEND. Um. Excuse me? Awkward. It’s super romantic to think that Jon Bon Jovi married his highschool girlfriend, but ladies do remember that he freaking left her for Diane Lane. When DL broke JBJ’s heart he wrote “You give love a bad name” and back to the old gf. What’s worse? Having him leave and come back, or having one of his most awesome songs be about her?
4. They’re going to write songs about you
Both good and bad. I’ve had two. One was written post break up and is called something like “love heartbroken” and has lyrics that sound something like “she was awesome but I freaking hate her guts right now.” Thanks, I’ll send that one to my Mom. One (which thank god I can’t find on line) was even on the radio in Vegas! Heeeey look at me! I can’t remember the exact chorus but it goes something like “Missing you is like going days without water, not getting to hold you feels like torture, if this is what it’s like to be without your touch then I’ll seeee you in my dreaaaaaaaams.” I’m getting pangs of embarrassment as I type this, I used to play this song for people. In college I had that guys freaking HEADSHOT autographed by my bed. What? That doesn’t even make sense.
5. There is possibility for VERY embarrassing things
As embarrassing as it is to have a mediocre boy band song written about you, it can get worse. You have to make small talk with other girlfriends of band members and there’s hardly anything to say. You have to endure people telling you that the songs are super good, when you know that they’re lying. You’re probably going to have to crawl onto the stage and deliver bottles of water to the members mid-set. But it’s not even that that’s the worst of it. Sometimes you find yourself totally overcome with the urge to sing along at the top of your lungs and there are never more than 5 people doing this. Sometimes you’re so desperate to catch your boyfriend’s eye that you’ll find yourself standing on couches and tables waving like a lunatic. You begin to hate every female in the room, you get so overcome with jealousy that you turn into a crazy person. At its worst you may start requesting “Your Eyes” by Peter Gabriel every single day! Someday you may even find yourself in Germany where you accidentally kiss a lunatic who happens to be the lead singer of a band. You’re suckered into watching him play and he decides that it makes sense to announce that his guitar is his “baby.” THEN he turns red and looks at you and says IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE “I mean… my second baby.” Oh dear sweet lord erase that memory from my brain!
Dating someone who is talented and artsy is a totally reasonable thing to want to do. It all seems so exciting, but believe me it gets old fast. A musician will do the same thing over and over each night and you have to BE there! Plus, he’ll leave on tour and you have no idea what he’s doing while he’s gone, I’m telling you right now I don’t trust him. It’s not a lifestyle made for dating, so go buy yourself a CD of a band you actually like and spend your days fantasizing about dating the bassist. Just keep it a fantasy, your heart will thank you.

How to make your mother-in-law love you forever

Image result for articles for mother in laws
While most of us wouldn't go so far as to describe her as a fearsome, interfering dragon, chances are our relationship, even if amicable, still needs careful handling.
Chartered psychologist Dr Sheila Rossan thinks the key to this lies in the intensity of our feelings for our own mothers.
'As women, our relationship with our mums is quite distinct from any other relationship we'll ever have,' she says. 'Even if we fight, we can't avoid being close: it is our first relationship and we're so similar, yet different.
Mother figures
'Women who have the most problems with their mother-in-laws tend to be the same women who don't get on with their own mothers. They may resent mother figures and how they behave. If you want to get on better with your mother-in-law, it might help to first work on what's causing the problems between yourself and your own mum.'
Jealousy puts up barriers in these relationships. 'Daughters-in-law often envy the relationship between mother and son and want to replace that relationship with themselves. Meanwhile, mother-in-law wants her son looked after in the way only she can, which is of course impossible, unless the daughter in law is her clone.'
These differences can soon cause a bitter stalemate. As Relate's Denise Knowles explains: 'The main problem with the mother and daughter-in-law relationship is the feeling of inferiority it causes. If Mum won't give up mothering her son even though he's married, daughter-in-law is made to feel she's the second, not the first, woman in his life.
'Learning to get on better with your mother-in-law is about learning how to feel less of a victim, and deflecting her difficult behaviour.'
A blessing in disguise
Denise says it's worth reminding yourself that your mother-in-law can be a blessing, and it really is worth putting in some work to improve your relationship. 'Mothers-in-law can be a real source of support. Daughters-in-law need to recognise that and not automatically assume things will be difficult, which often may alienate the mother in law unnecessarily.
'If you start off with a bad relationship, and let her get away with making you feel inadequate, the less likely things are to change. The more confident you are about your position in her son's life, the easier you'll get on.
'If you let things lie, and never tackle her, it will cause problems not just between you and her, but also between you and her son.'
5 ways to stop in-law wars:
1. Keep talking. Don't clam up and simmer in silence when she says something that upsets you. It's possible to let her know what you don't like, and why, without causing major offence.
For example: 'I realise you're only trying to help, but it makes me feel immature when you give me advice I haven't asked for. There are lots of things I'd really value your advice on, but I'd find it much more helpful if I could ask you first.'
2. Appreciate her good points. Come on, even dragons have their pleasant side! Instead of fuming when she's cleaned your kitchen from top to bottom, why not thank her for being so helpful and feel pleased that you didn't have to do it for once? It's amazing how much gentler she'll be if she sees, every so often, that you do value her.
3. Ask her advice. She never approves of your cooking? Turn the situation around by asking her: 'I'd like to cook Fred a special meal. Is there anything you can think of that he'd really enjoy?' That way she'll still feel involved, by being given the chance to contribute, but you haven't let her take over.
4. Visit her. If she's in the habit of turning up at your house unannounced, it's a sign she probably feels excluded from your life, which can make her want to interfere more. It's often easily solved by calling on her instead. Pop in for a coffee every so often, which shows her you're thinking of her but takes away her need to drop in on you unexpectedly.
5. Keep it light. So what if she runs her finger through the quarter-inch of dust gathering on the windowsill? By turning it into a joke: ('Hey - I keep that there to write 'I love you' to Fred!') you're telling her that you don't have the same priorities as she does...and you're happy with that. You're making an important point in a fun way, without causing offence.
