Fort Worth Rail Expansion Gets Final Funding

According to a news story in Dallas, Fort Worth will definitely join its down-the-road neighbor Dallas in having a rail link from its city center to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport now that the federal government has agreed to pick up almost half of the line’s projected $1 billion cost.
The Federal Transit Administration agreed this month to provide a $499 million grant to the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T) to fund construction of the TEX Rail line, which will run nearly 27 miles from the Texas & Pacific railroad station in downtown Fort Worth to a station at DFW’s Terminal B. Including the two terminals, the line will have nine stations when it opens by the end of 2018.
The remainder of the project’s tab is being picked up by state and local governments.
TEX Rail will be a diesel-hauled commuter rail operation like the existing Trinity Railway Express, which is jointly operated by The T and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). DART’s light-rail Orange Line has served DFW since 2014, when a station opened in Terminal A.
The TEX Rail line also forms the western half of a planned peripheral commuter rail route using a former Cotton Belt rail line. The eastern half, which will be operated by DART, has touched off controversy because critics view it as competing for scarce funding with a new subway line to relieve pressure on DART’s surface route through downtown Dallas. DART has opted to pursue both projects, borrowing to build the Cotton Belt line and pursuing federal grants for the subway, but critics argue that the Cotton Belt debt will jeopardize DART’s ability to land the grants.
The T projects the line will carry 9,000 passengers daily when it opens, with ridership rising to 13,700 daily trips by 2035.

Funke Akindele is destined to be wealthy but..- Prophet

Pastor Olagorioye Faleyimu has revealed his prophecies for 2017 and they are shocking.
The founder of Mountain of Blessing and Miracle Church of Christ predicted the death of Prophet T.B Joshua, according to reports.
"T.B Joshua should be prayerful so as not to lose a child before he goes because his time is near," he declared.
The Man of God had another message concerning President Buhari, APC and the length of his rule.
According to him, Buhari will rule for eight years!
"PDP will never rule Nigeria again no matter how much they try. APC has 8 years to rule and won’t rule Nigeria again after 2023.
The world black powers have declared Nigeria as their target and their spirit is what is ruling the country. Most of the pastors in Nigeria belong to this secret society because that is where they get powers to perform miracles. .
God said we are not worshiping him in Nigeria but worshiping money. Buhari isn’t the Messiah. He is sent to punish those ruining Nigeria and he will do that for 8 years. The Messiah is a man of God and he is not in politics yet. .
God said nobody should criticize Buhari’s government because his mission is to set the pace for the Messiah.
Nigerians should not expect change from anyone in government without changing the flag of Nigeria. God said the present flag we are using is a symbol of suffering," he said.
"God told me to tell Gov. Fayose to be careful and he shouldn’t turn himself to God. God said he should watch his mouth so as not to end his political career in jail," he added.
Moving on to Nollywood, he predicted the death of stars, while sharing a scary message for Funke Akindele.

"They need to pray like never before so as not to lose another 2 stars before the year runs out.
Without special prayers, Funke Akindele won’t have a child before she dies because she is destined to be wealthy and famous but not destined to have a child and stable husband until she engages herself in the special prayer.
Whosoever marries her must have another reason because the issue of not having a child will keep coming up and it will scatter the marriage. If she refuses to do the prayer, she will end up adopting a child and by that time, she will be living alone without husband.
Another grace she has is to marry a pastor who can fight the battle on her behalf with prayers", he stated.
This is not the first time he has made negative predictions concerning the actress.
In June, 2015, he also singled out Akindele with a similar prophecy.

Prophet Faleyimu said: “Funke Akindele needs to pray hard so as to have a child before she go back to her creator. She will be reeling in blessing and all good things of life. If care is not taken, she won’t have a child before she dies."
Popular OAP and known religious critic, Daddy Freeze, has reacted to the pastor's 2017  prophecy for the actress.
Using his Instagram account, he urged Akindele to ignore the prophecy, while making positive declarations concerning her marriage.

IPOB to South West- Do not Support Secret Trial for Nnamdi Kanu

The Indigenous Peoples of Biafra ( IPOB) has lashed out on the social media commentators particularly of Yoruba extraction against supporting the federal government’s move to try its detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu, using masked witnesses.
IPOB in a press statement issued yesterday by its Publicity and Media Secretary, Emma Powerful, strongly condemned all advocates of secret trial for Kanu, accusing them of doing so out of envy and hatred.
The pro-Biafra group argued that when the late Yoruba leader, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, was tried and convicted of treasonable felony, his trial was never secret but conducted in the open court.
IPOB also noted that it was the late Biafra leader and warlord, Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, who released Awolowo from prison custody in Calabar, wondering why it will be the Yorubas who are championing secret trial for Kanu.
The statement reads “If Chief Awolowo that committed treason was tried in the public with full media attendance, how much more Nnamdi Kanu answering to the lesser charge of treasonable felony?
“This hypocritical attitude of some of you social commentators is indicative of the underlying pathological hatred you people have towards Igbos, which is largely driven by envy.
“Our question to those who claim to be social media practitioners is this: would you have supported a secret trial for your Chief Obafemi Awolowo? Then why are you in support of secret trial for Kanu”?
