 The Gambian women's national team goalkeeper has drowned while trying to cross from Libya to Europe on a boat.
Fatim Jawara, who was 19-years-old according to Fifa, is thought to have died in Libyan waters. Gambia’s soccer federation spokesman Bakary B Baldeh said.

Her family has confirmed the news of her death.

U.S. intelligence sources are warning of possible terrorist attacks on U.S. soil set for Monday, according to multiple national media outlets.
There are reports of possible pre-Election Day attacks in New York, Texas and Virginia. No specific locations are mentioned.
The outlets cited anonymous sources saying U.S. intelligence officials alerted joint terrorism task forces of the threat.
The credibility of the threat yet has not been confirmed yet,but authorities are taking the threat seriously.
“The counterterrorism and homeland security communities remain vigilant and well-postured to defend against attacks here in the United States," a senior FBI official told reporters. "The FBI, working with our federal, state and local counterparts, shares and assesses intelligence on a daily basis and will continue to work closely with law enforcement and intelligence community partners to identify and disrupt any potential threat to public safety.”
