Officers in Jonestown, Pennsylvania were shocked to find a woman they declared dead 42-years ago alive, well and hearty.
Police ended a 42-year mystery search after a woman they thought to be the victim of an unsolved murder in 1973 turned up alive.
Detectives who had recently unveiled a forensic bust of the victim long suspected to be Miss Betsy Langjahr - a teenage runaway at the time of the killing in Jonestown, Pennsylvania - got a shocker recently.
Officers however were shocked after a news conference last week re-publicising the case only to find out that Miss Langjahr is in fact alive and well. Detectives had long suspected Miss Langjahr was the unidentified victim and had been unable to rule her out through DNA samples or government records.
According to Pennsylvania state trooper Nathan Trate told the Washington Post : "She had no clue we thought she was dead.
"She had a rough life throughout the years. She wants to keep her life private now.
"Investigations are tough when you have a mystery at only one end, but this is a two-front war. Who is she? And who killed her?”
Police had linked four runaways at the time of the murder and had been able to eliminate three from the enquiries but not Langjahr.
The woman murdered in October 1973 was a white woman, aged 16 to 20 years old. She was found naked under a tarpaulin sheet near Jonestown, about 90 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Police said she died about two weeks before her body was found.

10 Signs she is not a wife material
It is not every woman you date and not even every woman you fall in love with.it is not every lady you see in our world today that is a wife material. In this day and age, marriage isn’t really treated as the sacred commitment it once was, but in my opinion, you should still at least make a good effort to make it last. If you’re really planning on spending the rest of your life with one woman, you better make sure she’s the right one.
1.She Complains When You Go Out With The Guys
Sticking with the obvious, this is a huge red flag. Not letting you hang with your friends means she wants to be the only person in your life, and that’s a recipe for disaster.
2.She Thinks She Can Change You
Ah, this little nugget is as old as time. She thinks you have potential to be exactly what she wants, and it’s her job to shape you into it. Well, guess what? This has never once, in the entire history of relationships, ever been successful.
3. She’s Jealous
A little jealousy is fine—after all, you don’t want her flirting with other dudes, right? But if she gets out every time a woman crosses your field of vision, you’ve got your work cut out for you, my friend.end it
4. She hates prayer
It is not a sin to pray together or share the word of God but when she dislikes the idea of praying together or the word of God,end that relationship because the marriage will be a total disaster
5 .She Doesn’t Trust You
This is really an extreme extension. The truth is, this extends beyond jealousy into something deeper. She wants to know where you are and who you’re with every second of the day, and that’s just not gonna fly. You know what all good relationships are built on, right?
6.She’s Controlling
She only cares about your opinion and tries to force you into agreeing with her. She decides where you go and what you do. Might as well hand over your balls, because you sure as hell aren’t using them.
7.Her Daddy Pays Her Credit Card Bill
This girl is not responsible and has never had to learn anything about fiscal responsibility and will more than likely spend all the money you have and some you don’t.
8. She is sex addict
She is always talking about sex every minuites.life is more than sex.if you marry her,she will turn you to her sex doll.
9. It’s Your Second Date And She’s Already Talking About Marriage
This girl just wants to get married, period. And she’s not that discerning anymore. She’s not thinking, “I’m madly in love and want to spend the rest of my life with this guy.” It’s more like, “He’ll do.”
10. She Has No Sense Of Humor
Jesus Christ, lighten up. If you can’t laugh together, what joy do you get out of each other’s company when you’re not fucking? If she can’t take a joke—and give one back every once in a while—it just sucks all the air out of a relationship.

5 Types Of Guys Who Are Definitely NOT Marriage Material
In general, women tend to rely on words, whereas men rely on actions. So, when men speak sweetly to women, women believe them, even if they don't behave accordingly. Men, on the other hand, see how women behave, and interpret the behavior to mean what they want to believe, regardless of what the woman says. So, if you say you don't love him, but continue to have sex with him, all your words are in vain; he interprets your actions and draws his own conclusions.
This discrepancy between words and behavior is especially problematic in marriage-boundrelationships. So, watch out if your man is one of these five types:
1. The "help me until I'm ready" guy. The "need help" type is totally entrenched in his own insecurities. He only talks about his own problems — never yours — but he wants a lady by his side because it makes him feel worthy. So, he keeps her there by asking her to help him "until he's ready." But, guess what: He'll never be ready, and so, he is not husband material.
2. The "dare to discuss marriage" guy. Since he knows women believe in words not actions, he dares talk about marriage and future plans with you, knowing it's what you want to hear. But that's all he'll do; no further action is ever taken. There is never a timeframe for actions; actions are even never discussed, and if they come up, the conversation suddenly goes in different directions.
3. The "be my guest and discuss marriage" guy. This guy lets you do all the talking about marriage you like. He knows you dream about it; he listen to you discuss it in great detail — where your home will be, what kind of furniture you'll buy, what kind of wedding you want. And when you ask him about dreams, he says, "Whatever you want, honey." Always look at his actions. If there aren't any, if he's all talk, he's not husband material.
4. The "bear with me" guy. He finds nice, logical excuses that seem acceptable. You know, he can't take action now because he's busy with his career, or his weight loss, or his parents' needs. You name it, and the statement is "Bear with me."
5. The "let's have fun first" guy. He sticks around for the thrill of the game. When the fun is out, he's onto a new adventure and a new thrill. He's not here for future plans or kids or family or even settling down and confiding in one woman. He wants and talks about fun and about sex. Whenever you talk marriage, the face changes, the fun ends, and the statement he repeats is, "You are spoiling the moment," hoping you'lll eventually drop the subject. If you don't, soon he'll be out and about for another thrill.

7 Things You Should Not Tolerate In Your Marriage
By saying, “I do,” you commit to a lifetime of forgiving and forgetting, but there are a few actions you should never accept or permit in your marriage. Love isn’t always unconditional. If your spouse is behaving in any of these ways, please seek help and dont allow them.you must fight it anyhow:
1. Disgust
John Gottman, a foremost expert in the field of marriage and family studies, can predict whether or not a couple will get divorced with 91 percent accuracy. As he observes couples, one of the main communication errors he looks for is contempt. “Contempt” includes “sarcasm, cynicism, name-calling, eye-rolling, sneering, mockery, and hostile humor.” It is essentially reacting with disgust toward your partner. When you show contempt toward your spouse, problems don’t get resolved, and it destroys your husband’s or wife’s self-esteem.
2. Sexually explicit media
Pornography powerfully impacts people’s lives and relationships. In fact, scientists found that pornography literally changes your brain. In regards to love and sex, Fight the New Drug explains, “In one of the most comprehensive studies on porn use ever conducted, researchers found that after being exposed to softcore sexual material, both men and women were significantly less happy with their partner’s looks, willingness to try new sex acts, and sexual performance. Even being exposed to porn just once can make people feel less in love with their significant other.”
3. Last place
Illness, children and careers often take priority, but spouses shouldn’t always come in last place. If your spouse is consistently paying attention to everyone and everything but you, that is a problem. Partner neglect is a real thing, and it is a silent relationship killer. Our site often gets emails from people who feel abandoned by their husbands or wives. Their stories are heartbreaking. Spouses need to make sure that each other’s needs are being met.
4. Vices
A “vice” includes any immoral conduct. Does your partner lie? Cheat? Steal? Does he or she break the law? Your spouse’s misconduct not only affects their life; it affects your life as well. If your spouse gets sued, goes to jail or goes bankrupt for his or her actions, it is going to follow you wherever you go.
5. Rage
There is a huge difference between anger and rage. Couples are obviously going to get mad or annoyed at each other from time to time. But rage is completely different and much more intense. If your spouse lashes out in uncontrollable hatred and fury, that is neither normal nor healthy.
Lynne Namka, an anger psychologist, warns, “Do not be foolish enough to think you can change another person’s anger patterns. After all, he has had many years to practice them before meeting you. Anger coping patterns lie deep within the psyche and do not change unless the person makes a strong commitment to become a better person.”
6. Cheating
Infidelity is never acceptable. A strong, healthy marriage requires complete faithfulness. Authors Joy and Gary Lundberg explain in their article, “10 ways you are being unfaithful to your spouse and don’t even know it,” that cheating includes flirting with co-workers, confiding to someone of the opposite gender, talking negatively about your spouse, spending time alone with someone of the opposite gender, dressing to attract someone other than your spouse, and withholding s*x as punishment.
7. Hitting
Physical, verbal and emotional abuse are never acceptable in a marriage. If your spouse hits, punches, degrades or humiliates you, get help. Even if you are married, you should never be forced to have sex against your will.
Severe physical violence is probably more prominent than you think. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “Nearly 1 in 4 women (22.3 percent) and 1 in 7 men (14.0 percent) aged 18 and older in the United States have been the victim of severe physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime.” If you aren’t having a problem, there is a good chance that someone around you is.
If you are experiencing any of these problems, don’t give up hope — but get help immediately. Find a counselor or spiritual leader that you can talk to and make the necessary steps to save your marriage or find an escape to leave a harmful situation.

How to Improve Your Sleep
Most people aren't getting enough sleep, plain and simple. But -- and this is the important thing to realize -- we don't recognize that we are sleep deprived.
In my comprehensive article on the science of sleep, "The Beginner's Guide to Overcoming Sleep Deprivation," I covered this problem, discussed how sleep works and shared a variety of practical ways to improve the quality of your sleep. If you're looking for a primer on the science of how to sleep better, I suggest reading that article.
However, if you want to improve your sleep, there are actually some very simple and practical ways to go about it. I call these strategies the three levers of sleep.
Here's how they work...
The Three Levers of Sleep
If you want to improve the quality of your sleep and boost your performance there are three levers you can "pull" to give yourself a boost.
Intensity
Timing
Duration
Intensity refers to how well you sleep. As I described in detail in my previous sleep article, there are different phases of sleep. Two of these phases are particularly important: slow wave sleep (also known as deep sleep) and REM sleep. The percentage of sleeping time you spend in these two phases largely determines the quality of your sleep each night. [1]
Timing refers to when you go to sleep. What time do you go to bed? This factor is important for two reasons. First, if you get in bed around the same time each night, it is easier for your body to develop good sleep habits. Second, the time you go to sleep should be in accordance with your circadian rhythm, which I also describe in detail in my previous sleep article.
Duration refers to how long you sleep. This one is simple: How much time do you spend sleeping each night? Six hours? Eight hours? It can be easy to convince yourself that duration isn't very important, but it is critical to your growth, performance, and recovery. Professional athletes often sleep over 10 hours per night. If you're taxing your body and mind, then duration is crucial for you as well. [2]
How to Sleep Better
How can you use these three levers to improve your sleep?
When it comes to intensity, the truth is that there isn't much you can do. Your body largely manages the intensity of your sleep cycle (how much time you spend in slow wave sleep and REM sleep) for you. It adjusts automatically based on what you need and how much time you are spending asleep. Exercising consistently and getting proper nutrition will help, but these actions only indirectly improve sleep intensity. [3]
This is actually good news because it simplifies things for you. Because your body manages the quality of your sleep on its own, you only need to focus on two factors: timing (when you go to bed) and duration (how long you're in bed).
If we make another assumption, then we can simplify the situation even further. That assumption is this: You wake up at approximately the same time each day.
If you wake up at about the same time each day, then your sleep duration is basically determined by when you go to bed. Generally speaking, if you get into bed earlier, then you'll end up sleeping more. Improve the timing and you'll improve the duration as well.
And that brings us to this practical punchline...
Master Your Power Down Routine
From a practical application standpoint timing is perhaps the most important of the three levers of sleep. The intensity of your sleep is managed automatically by your body. The duration of your sleep is largely dependent on when you get into bed (assuming you wake up around the same time each morning). And that means getting to bed at an earlier, more consistent time is critical for improving the quality and duration of your sleep.

Touch and Follow
I fell in love with a girl called Amanda, but don’t have the guts to ask her out. So I went to see a native doctor popularly called “Baba”.
All he demanded from me was 1-month internet data subscription money which I paid and he gave me a ring called ‘Touch and Follow’.
He said, “All I need to do is touch her with this ring and she will follow.” I was excited because that was pretty easy.
The next day, when she was passing, I created a scene just to draw her attention and touched her like it was a mistake. I was expecting her to follow me, but she didn’t, rather she moved on and was pressing her phone.
I was disappointed and went home. On getting home, I checked my phone and saw 9 notifications showing Amanda Paul is now following me on Twitter, Instagram, Keek, Badoo, Viber, sent me a friend request on Facebook, sent me a message on Whatsapp and 2go.
I called Baba immediately to inform him and he replied me, “My son, we’ve upgraded, everything is now digital! Bye to rural village, welcome to the global village. That was why I did not ask for a cock, the brain of a mosquito, a vulture’s eye and groundnut oil but one month internet data to keep me online.”

Timing of war of Gog and Magog
“And it will come to pass on that day that there will be great consternation, sent by the Lord upon them; each one shall seize the hand of the other, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of the other.” (Zechariah 14:13)
Just as the Bible includes two scenarios for the War of Gog and Magog, so too do today’s rabbis have different approaches to events that mark the End of Days.
Two main Biblical prophets – Zechariah and Ezekiel – foretold messages about the War of Gog and Magog, a key event that sets the stage for the imminent arrival of the Messiah.
The prophet Zechariah lived after the destruction of the First Holy Temple in Jerusalem and his prophecy about the War of Gog and Magog is the darker of the two. According to Zechariah, the Jewish people will be the focus of Gog and Magog, with the battle being waged in Jerusalem.
“I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem for war. The city will be captured. The houses will be destroyed and the women violated. Half the city will go out into exile and the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city.” (Zechariah 14:2)
There are two Biblically prophesied wars before the last return of Jesus Christ. These are: –
- Gog and Magog war and
- The Armageddon battle
Differences between Gog and Magog war and the Armageddon battle
- Gog and Magog war will take place in the Mountains of Israel while Armageddon battle will be in the valley of Megiddo
- The Armageddon battle involves all world nations while Gog and Magog war involves only selected nations led by Russia
- China is not in the Gog and Magog war but in the Armageddon battle
- Antichrist is taking part in the Armageddon battle but not seen anywhere in the Gog and Magog battle
- Jesus Christ stands on Mount Olives at the end of Armageddon battle but nowhere do we see Jesus Christ appearing physically to the world in Gog and Magog war
(These are just but a few differences)
Another broad difference between the two battles is their prophetic timings.
Armageddon battle happens in the end of the age when Jesus Christ returns to judge and for the Millennium Reign but when is the Gog and Magog war happening?
Prophetic Timing of Gog and Magog war
Ezekiel who prophesies the Gog and Magog war (Russia with a great multitude coming against Israel) gives us the prophetic timing of the war. In His prophecy, Ezekiel reveals a lot for us to know the time of the war.
When is Gog and Magog war happening?
1. In the latter years
Ezek 38:8: After many days you shall be visited: in the latter years you shall come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
The latter years are the end years to the return of Jesus Christ. Latter years are different from the End Times. End Times speak of a time while latter years go specific to the end years.
2. In the latter days
Ezekiel goes from speaking of years to days
Ezek 38:16: And you shall come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.
Ezekiel specifies that the Gog and Magog war will take place in the end years in the end days.
3. When Israel has been re-gathered and given their father’s land
Ezek 38:8: After many days you shall be visited: in the latter years you shall come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
Ezekiel prophesied Israel re-gathering and being given their father’s land before the Gog and Magog war. See prophecy of Israel re-birth
Israel was re-gathered and given their father’s (Abraham) land in May 15th 1948. It is when the Mountains of Israel stopped being desolate (in waste) and where inhibited.
…to turn your hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, (Ezek 38:12)
Ezekiel prophesied Gog and Magog war to take place after Israel is re-gathered and given their father’s land which is after May 15th 1948. After Israel re-birth we are yet to see the war.
4. When Israel dwell safely
Ezekiel tells us that Israel will be ‘dwelling safely’ (Ezek 38:8, 11). The word in the original Hebrew for dwelling safely, ‘betach’ can have a meaning of feeling safe but not necessarily being safe; a false confidence and security.
There is a false feeling of safety in Israel now. It could be reasonably argued that Israel is living more safely today than at any other time in her 63 years ago.
5. When Israel is a land of unwalled villages
Ezekiel mentions that Israel will be living in a land of ‘unwalled villages’ and ‘dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’.
Ezek 38:11: And you shall say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates
In the ancient times of Ezekiel and throughout history up until 1900 AD, virtually all villages and cities in Israel had strong walls. Ezekiel had never seen a village or city without defensive walls.
Yet, the Israel of today lives in a land of unwalled villages except for the 400+ miles long wall separating her and portions of the West Bank that helps keep terrorist snipers from shooting into Israel. Vast majority of Israel dwells in unwalled villages (without walls and having neither bars nor gates).

$300 Million “Temple of Solomon” Built in Brazil
“Who is left among you who saw this house in its former glory? How do you see it now? Is it not as nothing in your eyes?”(Haggai 2:3).
In Sao Paulo, Brazil, there is a remarkable sight: a full-size replica of Solomon’s Temple. Actually, the Templo de Salomão built by the Universal Church Kingdom of God is much larger – it is four times the size of the original, but precise in every other detail. It is impressive, giving a taste of the glory of the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. The structure is a magnet for attention, though, admittedly, not all of it is positive.
Bishop Edir Macedo of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (UCKG) was inspired to begin this massive undertaking after he visited Israel, where he decided to bring a piece of the Holy Land to his congregation in Brazil. It took four years and a daunting $300 million, but he was finally successful in his vision of building a replica of Solomon’s Temple.
Architect and project designer Rogério Silva de Araújo explained that the measurements were taken directly from the Bible. “A cubit was the distance between the elbow and the fingertips—which corresponded to 18 inches or 52.4 centimeters,” he explained. “Based on this piece of information, it was possible to calculate that the house king Solomon built for the Lord was approximately 31.44 meters long, 10.48 meters wide and 15.72 meters high. Also in Haggai 2:9, it says, ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater.’ ”
The UCKG Temple is indeed larger, measuring 126 meters long, 104 meters wide and 55 meters high – the height of an 18 story building. The floor and the walls are covered in $8 million worth of Jerusalem stone brought from Israel and, as in the original Temple, the main doors are made of wood and lined with copper.
Stepping inside the main sanctuary, which has seating for 10,000 worshippers, is said to be a powerful experience, but the most impressive part of the temple is its large central altar. It features an exact replica of the Ark of the Covenant covered in gold leaf. Behind the Ark is the temple’s baptistery, creating a dramatic visual effect.
Miguel Peres, a representative of the church, explained to Breaking Israel News why the project was begun. “We wanted to help people turn to Israel, support its existence and give them an opportunity to touch Jerusalem stones, which for them is a big deal,” he said. “Many Brazilians will never get a chance to go to Jerusalem, so why not bring a piece of Jerusalem to Brazil?”
“We also wanted to rescue the value of the original faith which has been lost along the years. At the courtyard of the Temple we built a replica of the Mishkan (The Tabernacle), ” he continued “Men were taught through the Mishkan how to approach God Almighty through faith and not religion.”
The project has attracted much attention, but the Temple was not built as a tourist attraction. Success is measured in different terms and Peres seems to feel it has measured up to all expectations.
“More than twenty thousand people flock to the Temple every day in its daily services and the things that are happening here are unbelievable,” he told Breaking Israel News. “More than 5 million people have visited the Temple since its opening.”
Though it is clear that it is not a place of Jewish worship, Peres feels it has also helped the Jewish people. “Thanks to our efforts, many people worldwide are now aware that there was a Temple that once stood in Jerusalem and that it needs to be rebuilt,” he said. “We are helping by spreading the story of the Temple. The Temple must be rebuilt in Jerusalem; this is a prophecy and a fact.”
Rabbi Chaim Richman, the International Director of the Temple Institute, which is dedicated to the rebuilding of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, feels differently. He came out strongly against the Templo de Salomão even before it was built.
“This is taking the promise of redemption for all mankind and using it for something altogether different,” he argued. “This is a total bastardization of the sanctity of the Holy Temple.”
He claimed it was expropriating another religion’s symbol or holy site, comparing it to replacing the famous statue of “The Redeemer” in Rio De Janeiro with a Muslim minaret. “Jews have always suffered from this,” he declared, noting that the holiest site in Judaism, the Temple Mount, has been expropriated by the Muslims, with ongoing dire consequences. In strong terms, he refers to the Temple of Solomon in Brazil as a “theological obscenity” and a “stain on the honor of the God of Israel”.
Peres, however, defended the construction of the church. “More than a Jewish symbol, it is a Biblical symbol. The Bible is the Light to all people on Earth,” Peres explained. “At no point did we try to steal the symbol of the Jewish people, but we brought to life a symbol of Faith that once moved a nation to seek God sincerely and wholeheartedly.”
