FORGIVENESS:THE STEP TO EMOTIONAL HEALING

Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process by which a victim undergoes a change in feelings and attitude regarding an offense, lets go of negative emotions such as vengefulness, with an increased ability to wish the offender well. When you forgive someone, you make the choice to give up your desire for REVENGE and feelings of resentment. You also stop judging the person who caused you the hurt.Instead of revenge, resentment, and judgment, you show compassion, and kindness.
Unforgiveness is not like that.it is a spiritual cancer that spreads slowly until it incapacitate the spirit, soul and body and may lead to untimely death of d person.it is contagious.unforgiveness gradually leads to anger, hatred and bitterness, until d person becomes a witch or wizard.if u don't obey God's word concerning forgiving those that have hurt u,it is rebellion against God's word, and rebellion is as d sin of witchcraft,so u r a witch.forgive and move on,don't dwell in d hurt of the past because unforgivness is a spiritual killer disease.

STEPS TO EMOTIONAL HEALING
A wound is so painful that we develop a case of amnesia, that is why if anyone has offended you in the past, forgive and move on.
Before we begin, I want you to know that God desires to heal our wounds and take our pain and hurt from us. You know how you can love somebody so much, that you wish you could take their pain or suffering from them? That's how Jesus feels about us... He loves us so much that He paid the price for our emotional healing in the work on the cross!
first and moremost:
The first step is to ACKNOWLEDGE the need for healing. For us to receive the healing of emotional wounds, we must first acknowledge that we are hurting (Matthew 9:10-13, Revelation 3:17). Many of us have lied to ourselves as well as to others.
The second step is to LOCATE the cause of the pain. In the physical realm, we may have a pain in our legs, but the cause may be a pinched nerve in the spine. To operate on the legs would be the wrong procedure so locating the emotional wound is the next step.
The third step is to CLEANSE the wound. For cleansing to occur, (1) we must forgive those who have offended us, (2) ask God for to forgive and cleanse us (I John 1:9) for our unforgiveness, (3) yield that area unto the Lord, (4) request that God restore our soul (Psalm 23:3) in the area yielded to the enemy, and (5) use the name of Jesus to drive out the enemy.
The fourth step is to RECEIVE HEALING of the hurt. God gives us two distinct pictures of healing in Scripture.
After the physician cleanses the victim's wound, he sews it up so that it will not become contaminated again. Forgiveness opens the door to freedom, but forgiveness is not healing. Without our receiving healing, the wound again becomes contaminated. However, when God mends the wound, He also heals the wound.

We may receive healing by (1) understanding that Jesus suffered all kinds of emotional hurts (Isaiah 53:3) and that he became a hurt substitute (Isaiah 53:4) for us , and (2) believing that Jesus was sent to heal the broken hearted (Luke 4:18), and (3) asking in faith for that healing. When God heals the wound, we may recall the experience without being flooded by the pain.
The fifth step is to STRENGTHEN the weak area. Again, in the physical, the area around the wound may remain weak even after the healing occurs. This is also true of emotional wounds. The enemy will try to get us to focus our thoughts (II Corinthians 10:4-5) on the event that brought the hurt. If this occurs, we may mentally pick at the area until we have opened a new wound.
Therefore, it is critical that we strengthen that area by applying the Word of God. (1) We need to see that God had a purpose in allowing us to be wounded (Genesis. 50:20). (2) We need to see that God can work all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). (3) We need to come to rejoice in the Lord over the experience (Philippians. 4:4). (4) We need to develop and share our testimony with others (Revelation 12:11).

Gambia:Now an ‘Islamic state’

President Yahya Jammeh has declared the Gambia “an Islamic state”, but stressed that the rights of the Christian minority in the small west African country would be respected and that women would not be held to a dress code.

The announcement came as the president addressed supporters in the coastal town of Brufut on Thursday, and the comments were later broadcast on state television and repeated on his website.
“Gambia’s destiny is in the hands of the Almighty Allah. As from today, Gambia is an Islamic state. We will be an Islamic state that will respect the rights of the citizens”, he was quoted as saying on the presidential website.

Court jails two policemen for beating lawyer to death

An Egyptian court sentenced two officers with the secret police to five years in prison on Saturday for beating to death an imprisoned lawyer, the second such verdict in a week.

The two officers, a lieutenant colonel and captain with the national security force, had been accused of torturing Karim Hamdi to death in a Cairo police station in February.

He had been held on suspicion of belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood movement, which the military had ousted from power in 2013.
Both defendants had been released on bail during the course of the trial and it was not clear when they would be detained. They can appeal the ruling.
The verdict came two days after another court sentenced an officer to five years in prison for beating a prisoner to death in a police station.
There has been an increase in reports of beatings and deaths in detention in recent months, prompting President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi and the interior ministry to pledge they would hold to account those responsible.

FG empowers unemployed graduates in Lagos

The Nigerian Federal Ministry of Finance has empowered no fewer than 100 unemployed graduates under its Graduate Internship Scheme (GIS) programme in Lagos State.
The three-day training was held recently at the NECA building Alausa, Ikeja.
The director of the scheme, Mr Peter Papka, in his speech delivered by his representative, John Umoren, said: “The orientation and employability training are meant for the graduate interns but we have deliberately included partnering firms and organizations as part of government’s commitment in contributing to enhancement of their capacity in service  effectiveness, especially through staff assessment\development through structured mentorship and other critical lines which are necessary for growth of any firm and organization. It also provides an opportunity to share with other partners and interns on workplace and performance and how to optimize on the benefits of the scheme.”
The objective, according to him, is to: “Enable interns optimize their internship period by developing useful skills and positive work habit. It is also aimed at providing an opportunity share experiences with other participants, including partner representatives on opportunities and challenges in the work place. Another aim of the programme is to expose participants to opportunities for life after internship and to contribute to service delivery and performance of partners.”
He added: “The key outcome of these trainings has been the enthusiasm with which they were received as almost all inters admitted that this was the first formal training they are receiving on workplace and work life and it has added value to their lives.  They also admitted a clear and present opportunity of GIS  provides for them to chart the course of their future. Many interns are beginning to jettison the idea of waiting for a job from government as some are venturing into entrepreneurship.”

Nigeria Naira falls to lowest in history

Ahead of a widely-anticipated U.S. interest rate increase next week and worries over economic growth, the naira yesterday sank to N260 to a dollar at the black markets, the worst-ever fall in history.
The downward trend also affected most stock markets worldwide as they tumbled on Friday, Reuters reported that all three major U.S. indexes sank over 1.5 percent, while crude prices plunged amid global oversupply. The International Energy Agency said it sees the oil glut worsening in 2016 as demand slows and OPEC shows no signs of slowing production.

Saudi Prince pledge $32 billion to advance the islamization of America.

The Saudis have spent billions already. 80% of the mosques  built in America are Saudi funded. Islamic groups working to impose the sharia are largely funded by the Saudis. We can look forward to 32 billion more of the “kingdom’s brand of Islam, while censoring criticism of Islam.”
And it’s not just the media that is on the receiving end of this blood money, but also Muslim Brotherhood fronts like CAIR, which spend millions whining about how lucrative the “islamophobia” business is. As if …the Saudis have been wildly successful so far.

Alwaleed bin Talal, a senior member of the Saudi monarchy says he will model his endowment on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, only with a twist: Much of his philanthropic work will help “foster cultural understanding” of Islam in America and the West.
That means promoting the kingdom’s brand of Islam, while censoring criticism of Islam.
Published reports and books reveal Alwaleed already has pledged millions to radical Muslim Brotherhood front groups that have a secret plan to Islamize America and spread Shariah law throughout the West. These pro-jihad groups can now count on a massive and virtually endless infusion of cash to their war chests.

Vladimir Putin on Muslims and Sharia Law

Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia:
In Russia, live like Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, it should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, and live the life of Muslim's then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law.
Russia does not need Muslim minorities. Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian culture.
We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims.
When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Russian national interest first, observing that the Muslims Minorities Are Not Russians.
The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a five minute standing ovation.

RUMOURS: Madrid back in for Ozil

According to Don Balon,Real Madrid are ready to welcome back Mesut Ozil  to the club if they sell James Rodriguez.

The Spanish outfit had the Germany international on their books between 2010 and 2013 but he struggled to make an impact at Santiago Bernabeu and is currently enjoying one of the best seasons of his career at Arsenal.

Indeed, the Spaniards believe he has gained the maturity he missed when he was previously in Spain and is ready to take the club's No.10 role from the Colombian, who has clashed with head coach Rafael Benitez.

If Arsenal's asking price was to be deemed reasonable, Madrid would happily complete a move, according to the report.

Saudi Arabia elects first female politicians

The female candidates were elected to three councils - two in Ihsaa governorate and one each in Tobouk and Mecca, as votes were still being counted on Sunday.
Salma bint Hizab al-Oteibi was elected to the council of Madrakah, a region in Mecca, the official SPA news agency reported, citing election commission president Osama al-Bar.

Berlin Poised to Build the World’s First Combined Mosque-Synagogue-Church

Central Berlin is poised to become home to the world’s first combined mosque-synagogue-church, a shared prayer space designed to bring together members of the three major monotheistic religions under one roof. Once complete, the building will open a new chapter of interfaith understanding in a city with a long and sometimes dark religious history.
Dubbed the HOUSE OF ONE, the proposed shared prayer space is set to be built on the site of a 13th-century church—one that was repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt until the Second World War, at which point the lot on which it stood was simply paved over, explains Fast Company. Since then, the church that owns the property has decided that, rather than simply build a new Christian house of worship—one which might not be as well attended as would be hoped for—they would give back to their city by creating a single structure in which Jews, Muslims, and Christians alike could come together and express their respective faiths.

Lack of toilets is dangerous for everyone-UNICEF

Slow progress on sanitation and the entrenched practice of open defecation among millions around the world continue to put children and their communities at risk, UNICEF warned on World Toilet Day.

Some 2.5 billion people worldwide do not have adequate toilets and among them 1 billion defecate in the open – in fields, bushes, or bodies of water – putting them, and especially children, in danger of deadly faecal-oral diseases like diarrhoea.

In 2013 more than 340,000 children under five died from diarrhoeal diseases due to a lack of safe water, sanitation and basic hygiene – an average of almost 1,000 deaths per day.

“Lack of sanitation is a reliable marker of how the poorest in a country are faring,” said Sanjay Wijesekera, head of UNICEF’s global water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) programmes. “But although it is the poor who overwhelmingly do not have toilets, everyone suffers from the contaminating effects of open defecation, so everyone should have a sense of urgency about addressing this problem.”

The call to end the practice of open defecation is being made with growing insistence as the links with childhood stunting become clearer. India, with 597 million (half the population) practising open defecation, also has high levels of stunting. Last week, UNICEF convened a conference in New Delhi called "Stop Stunting"  to call attention to the effect of open defecation on the entire population, particularly children. UNICEF’s "Take poo to the loo" campaign in India also works to raise awareness of the dangers associated with open defecation.
The challenge of open defecation is one of both equity and dignity, and very often of safety as well, particularly for women and girls. They have to wait until dark to relieve themselves, putting them in danger of attack, and worse, as we have seen recently.
Eighty-two per cent of the 1 billion people practising open defecation live in just 10 countries: India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Sudan, Niger, Nepal, China, and Mozambique. The numbers of people practising open defecation are still rising in 26 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, though they have declined in Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. In Nigeria, numbers of open defecators increased from 23 million in 1990 to 39 million in 2012.In 2015,it increased to staggering 100 million.
We have to stop open defecation because of health issues.
