Following the earlier report about hoe Ekiti State Governor,Fayose rescued The wife of Fani Kayode's wife from detention, The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has released official statement saying she was never detained while also revealing the role of Governor Ayo Fayose in frustrating the arrest.
Wilson Uwujaren, EFCC spokesman said Fayose stormed the bank in Ado-Ekiti with thugs to stop the arrest.

“Contrary to the media spin about the purported arrest of mother and child, a certain Chikwendu Sonia today attempted to withdraw money from an Access Bank account that had been placed on ‘Post No Debit’ Category, following the discovery of illicit cash flows into the account.
“She was intercepted by the bank while the Commission was notified but because it was late, the EFCC advised that the suspect be taken to the police station for processing and release on bail.
Moscow said it would halt operations in Aleppo on Thursday for an eight-hour span between 08:00 (05:00 GMT) and 16:00, BBC wrote. The Russian defence ministry said the pause was agreed so that civilians and rebels could leave the city. But UN agencies say at least 12 hours will be needed for that to happen. "We would welcome any pause in the fighting, but there is a need for a longer pause in order to get the aid in," said UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric. Russia's announcement came on the day 14 members of one family were reportedly killed in a strike in Aleppo. Volunteer rescuers in Syria said eight children and two women were among the dead after heavy bombing in the past 24 hours, with "bunker-buster" munitions shaking the ground.

Adeniyi Ademola, a judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja, and one of those arrested by operatives of the State Security Service, on Tuesday withdrew from presiding over the trial of former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.
Mr. Ademola was arrested by the SSS on October, 7 after his house was ransacked following allegations of corruption.
The operatives said they found huge some of money in local and foreign currencies at his residence during the raid.
Days after the raid, Mr. Ademola wrote the Chief Justice of Nigeria, saying he was attacked unjustly.
He sited his previous rulings on Mr. Dasuki during which he granted him bail. The SSS did not obey the order.
Mr. Ademola also mentioned his previous decisions on a case involving a leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, as reasons for his arrest.
Mr. Ademola had presided over various cases on Monday, before his latest decision to resign from Mr. Dasuki’s case.
He said the reason for his withdrawal is the current allegations of corruption levelled against him.
“I am sure you are conversant with what is going on the last seven days. One of the allegations being made against me is that I received some money from Sambo Dasuki. This is the allegation of the SSS.
“I thought I should tell the counsel what is being said.”
“Before I announce my decision, let me ask the defendant (Dasuki) some questions,” Mr. Ademola said.
‎He then began a series of questions and answers between himself and Mr. Dasuki in an apparent effort to show his innocence.

Hillary Clinton is advancing into states the Democrats haven’t won in decades, confidently expanding her offensive against Donald Trump and aiming to help her party win back control of Congress.
There’s a new $2 million push in Arizona, aides said, including a campaign stop in Phoenix by first lady Michelle Obama, one of Clinton’s most effective surrogates. An additional $1 million is going into efforts in Missouri and Indiana, both states with competitive Senate races, a small amount of TV time is being bought in Texas and media appearances are scheduled in Utah.

Arabic Anti Trump Billboard sighted in Michigan

On a black billboard along westbound Interstate 94 entering Dearborn, white Arabic lettering sits next to these words in English:  "Donald Trump."
Unlike English, though, Arabic is read right to left. The billboard translated reads: "Donald Trump, he can't read this, but he is afraid of it."
The billboard posted is funded by the Nuisance Committee super PAC, which was started by the creator of the Cards Against Humanity card game. It has raised more than $410,000 through a satirical fund-raising campaign, and the billboard is unique among three others the group has posted across the country.

The billboard cost the group $4,850 according to their spokesman, and will remain posted through Nov. 8, which is Election Day. About 331,539 people drive by the billboard between Detroit and Dearborn each week.
Trump has said that he wants a temporary ban on or "extreme vetting" of Muslims entering the U.S.

The Power of Investment

                                        Image result for Investment
The difference between the rich and the poor is that the rich save and invest part of their earnings in ventures that yield them returns or gains, while the poor eat all they earn. Unfortunately, many of us don't save or invest. We eat everything and don't leave anything for sowing forgetting that it is only when you sow, you can talk of harvest.
What is Investment?
Investment in economic sense, an investment is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but used in the future to create wealth. In finance, investment is a monetary asset purchased with the idea that the asset will provide income in the future or appreciate and be sold at a higher price'. - investopedia.
Why invest?

*for any eventuality

Be like the ant that keeps something for the rainy day or the farmer who doesn't eat his produce but keeps some as seed for sowing for the next planting season.
Robert Kiyosaki, author of rich dad, poor dad on investment
