Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children...No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it (Hebrews 12:7-11 NIV).

The Bible says, “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him...” (2 Chronicles 16:9). That means He’s watching and looking for opportunities to manifest His glory on your behalf. He never leaves you alone. He never lets you down. He’s moved with the feeling of our infirmities (Hebrews 4:15). He knows when you go through pain, and seeks to get you out of every predicament.

Every human need is God’s opportunity to bless. He wants to meet every human need. Actually, He’s already done that in Christ Jesus, but some are yet to fully understand and accept what He’s done. When you have a problem, when you face difficult situations that seem insurmountable, it’s an opportunity for you to experience a miracle. God never turns His back on you; His desire is for you to have a testimony from that challenge.

With this understanding, when you face tests, trials, and persecutions, when the storms and pressures of life billow against you, just know that your testimony is at hand. Many get overwhelmed by the challenges they face, not realizing that every challenging situation is a testimony in the making. The Word says, “Count it all joy when you go through diverse tests” (James 1:2).

1 John 4:4 says, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” The greater One lives in you; therefore, the challenges you face are bread for you. It makes no difference if it’s a health challenge, financial challenge, or challenges with your work; refuse to faint; rather, be strong in faith, giving glory to God. See the situation as your opportunity to demonstrate the power of God!

PRAYER
Gracious and loving Father, indeed your faithfulness and love are without end. Thank you for your strength in my inner man. Challenges are bread for me, because I’m full of the might and ability of the Spirit, who leads me in perpetual victory parade. Thank you for making me eternally triumphant, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Kachikwu Assures Nigerians that Petrol Price Will Fall

                                   
The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, has revealed that the price of the Premium Motor Spirit known as petrol will go down in six months.
The Federal Government had on Wednesday announced the removal of fuel subsidy, with a new petrol price band of N135 to N145 per litre, up from N86 and N86.50.
Kachikwu, who spoke on Thursday said :
“As it gets better and it gets to a point where we find that the market has stabilised in terms of supply, we will begin to pull back a bit in terms of determinants for pricing.”
He said by opening up the space for people to perform, to practise their trade, “you will be amazed at what will happen to your N145 price because it will go downwards.”

The vote — 372 to 51, with 99 abstentions — was followed by long applause in the Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of Parliament. At the Trevi Fountain in Rome, people with rainbow flags gathered to celebrate.It was a historic occasion for a nation that is still dominated by the Roman Catholic Church, which opposed the measure, and where traditional family norms are still strong. One thing about marriage is that you don't drop your shoe or remove it at any point no matter how painful or how stressful it is -

Dear Singles,
When you are ready to buy your own shoe please take note of these three things
1. Physical appearance: Do not look for the beautiful once, the nice once or the cheap once. Look for the one that is your size.
Not every handsome, wealthy or intelligent guy is for you, not every beautiful woman is for you.
Look for the one that is meant for you, the once that aligns with your values and belief, the one who you meet at your life's journey.
 It is important to know where you're going in life before you think of getting a wife.


2. Position: All sizes of shoes are not placed in the same place. There is a place for cover shoes, rope shoes, canvers, snickers etc. We have Children sizes, young people's sizes and the adult size.
Know where to get your own shoe. Your size can not be everywhere my brother, your type cannot be everywhere my sister.
You cannot be a Christian, and be looking for a wife material at a club. Your wife or husband can't just be everywhere.
Stick to your values and therein you shall find someone like you, but when your values are not defined anyone can just match you.

3. Perception: In this kind of shoe purchasing enterprise, you are not permitted to try the shoe before you buy.
This is why it is important to seek guidance and counselling, from people who have bought shoes before or are into the business of directing people to the right shoes (Pastors and Relationship coaches).
 And most importantly to avoid much time wasting time, simply consult the shoe manufacturer to tell you your size (God Almighty).

-Who made it? (Is she/He of the same faith This is compatibility)
-Will it match me? (This is whether he/she love you and will accept you the way you are)
 Dear one. Remember, many are dragging their foot and they would hardly reach their destinies, many are feeling endless pains and wish they could pull off the shoes but no way!!!
I have seen people with beautiful shoes and when they show you their foot, you will see scares.
Beloved, it is not about the physical, it is the size, you can't know the size from afar so come close, build a relationship first but remember 'you are not permitted to try it before you buy it'
And for those who have purchased the wrong shoes, you can still make it your size again if you'd consult the manufacturer and let Him have His way in your marriage.

Germany To Increase Military Size in Wake of Russian Threat

                                    
Germany's minister of defence announced the first buildup of military personnel since the Cold War ended 25 years ago.
Ursula von der Leyen said that a "quarter century of shrinking the Bundeswehr is over." The plan is to expand the force numbers by 14,300 and that of civilian employees by 4,400.
However, while the demand for civilian employees will be met, the ministry expects to fill only 7,000 new military positions and create 5,000 positions by internal adjustments of the armed forces. This leaves a gap of 2,300.
According to a spokeswoman for the Ministry of Defence (MoD), these mainly high-skilled jobs probably won't be staffed due to the tight labor market. Three-quarters of the new positions are assigned to the fighting force. The remaining quarter is assigned to training, offices and headquarters.
The increase in troop strength comes in a time of a new Russian threat in the east and political and military turmoil in North Africa and the Middle East.
As a result, the German troops are deployed to a number of mandated foreign missions, such as Afghanistan and Mali.
