For you to find your divine marriage partner has nothing to do with your looks, age or income.It is good to have those things but that should not be your main priorities.
In the book of Genesis 24:3-4 when it was time for Isaac to get married, Abraham sent his servant to his country with strict instruction to get a wife for his son.
He knew that God hated “unequal yoke” of marriage with unbelievers. Till today that is still the stand of God.You can decide to live and play by your own rules but you must also understand the principles of God concerning this topic.
How do you attract your divine marriage partner?

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you

 1. Write down what you want. 
Make a list of at least 25 characteristics you want your ideal partner to have. What's written can become real. While some things on your list can be negotiable, you should also include a few 'deal breakers.' These are things that you feel strongly about and could potentially cause a problem in your future relationship. For instance, if you know for sure you want to have kids, it doesn't make sense to plan a future with someone who is set on not having any children. 

 2. Increase your magnetism by becoming the type of person that will attract your ideal partner. For example, if you want someone who is fit, get fit yourself. If you want someone financially savvy, become savvy too. You can't expect to attract someone with the key qualities you desire if you can't offer those qualities in return. The focus shouldn't entirely be on what your partner will bring to the table. What will you bring to the table? Why should someone be attracted to you? Strive to be your best in all areas of your life. Explore your gifts and talents. Allow yourself to grow, change and mature. Don't waste time waiting for your life to change- - you change it. There are very few things that you need another person to help you accomplish.

 3. Be happy. 
Many people wrongly believe that when they find a partner, they'll be happy. The truth is, no one but you is responsible for your happiness. If your happiness is contingent upon others, you will never truly be satisfied.
Happiness is attractive. Out of the 75 males I surveyed, 100% of them listed a partner's personal happiness as an attractive quality. Have you ever met someone who was the life of the party or their presence just lit up a room? Everyone wants to be around that person. If it's not in your character to be extremely outgoing, that's OK. The point is to exude happiness, because it makes you much more approachable. An inviting smile can give an interested onlooker the green light to come say "hi.

 4. Adopt an attitude of gratitude. 
One sure-fire way to increase your happiness is by becoming grateful for what you already have. Find the silver lining in every situation in your life. Maybe you're grateful for past relationships because they helped you get clarity on what you really want in a partner. You can be grateful to wake up each day with an opportunity to meet someone new. When you show appreciation, you attract more goodness into your life.
You can also be grateful for what is to come by making a list of things your future partner does. Examples include, "I'm grateful my mate notices what I'm wearing and compliments me," or "I'm grateful they send me fresh flowers just because." One of my clients wrote this exact line in her journal, and within only 22 days she met someone who started sending her flowers with notes that read, "Just because..."

5. Pray.

You are not only going to become a chicken farmer, but a businessperson as well, depending on what markets you want to target and what part of the chicken industry you want to tap into. In the chicken industry there are two main sectors: Layers, which are chickens bred and raised to produce eggs, or broilers, chickens raised and bred to be slaughtered. Whatever sector you choose, you have to make responsible managerial and financial decisions to make your chicken farm business a profitable one.
Here are 5 steps that can help you:
 Formulate a business plan.
This is one of the most important things to draw up as part of your operation. It tells of what goals you wish to achieve and how you intend to get there. It's also a plan of how you want to operate your business from not just a producer's standpoint, but the banker's, lawyer's, accountant's and even possibly the hired hand's standpoint.
 
 Have land, capital and equipment.
You cannot start up nor maintain a chicken farm or a chicken farming business without these dire necessities. You will need buildings to raise your chickens in, whether they be barns or hutches depending on how you are wanting to raise your chickens: conventional or free-range? Land is to have the buildings on and to grow crops on to feed your chickens. Equipment and machinery are needed to clean barns, dispose of deadstock, work crops, etc.

 Make a decision how tobest raise your chickens.
  There are two main ways to raise them. Conventional systems have chickens confined to barns that are temperature and photo-period controlled areas. Free-range systems allow your chickens to just about have the run of the farm to behave as naturally as possible.

 Decide what sectors of the poultry industry you wish to pursue.
 Ultimately there are two types to choose from: broilers, which are chickens raised for meat, or layers--chickens raised for their eggs. However, there are also the other sectors of the industry that you can pursue. Eggs which are not to be put on the market for human consumption (these can be from both broilers and layers) are incubated and the chicks hatched and raised until they are at the right age to be sold to farms to be raised as layers or broilers. Often the business of incubating eggs and raising chicks is separate from that of raising the chickens themselves.

 Find a niche market, if possible.
 If the area you are in is popular for raising chickens a certain way (more conventional than free-range), you may wish to pursue a niche market that targets the consumer's interest in free-range chickens rather than the conventionally-raised ones.
 
 Make yourself known to potential customers and consumers.
 Advertise yourself by simply letting other people know you have eggs or meat you want to sell. Often selling by word-of-mouth is a lot cheaper and still the most popular means of advertising than paying for an advertisement in the local newspaper that may get read by only a few people. However, there is no harm in doing that either, nor is there any harm in setting up a website promoting your product.

 Keep up with records and accounting of your business and operation.
This is so that you can always tell if you are making money or not.

Nigerian Aviation ministry plans to register four new airlines

NIGERIA’S aviation ministry is stepping up plans to register four new domestic airlines next year in a desperate bid to increase competition across the sector and improve the quality of customer service.

Keen to ensure that there are more players in the market, the ministry has asked the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority to register airlines that meet outlined conditions.  Aviation minister Stella Oduah is well aware of the fact that apart from delays, poor safety and inadequate service, Nigerian air passengers pay exorbitant fares when travelling locally.

Since Dana Air was grounded in June and First Nation Airways stopped operating, air fares across Nigeria have skyrocketed and customers sometimes have to bribe their way to get flight seats, especially in Abuja where touts hold sway and at peak periods fares could rise as high as N40,000 for a one-hour flight. Diasporans travelling from the UK, who need to catch connecting flights to other parts of Nigeria, are generally a soft target and get hit hard.

Although it is expected that Dana Air will resume operations by the end of the month alongside Med View Airlines, both airlines have few aircraft in their fleet so do not have enough capacity to reduce fares. At the moment air transport in Nigeria is the costliest in any peaceful country in the world

One industry insider said that if government carries this plan out it would encourage the development of the domestic market and sharpen competition among the domestic carriers and of course, knock down fares. He added that Nigeria is losing the West and Central African market to Asky Airlines and Kenya Airways which now operate as local airlines across both regions.

According to the industry spokesman: “Over the last few months, the situation has been dramatic due to the grounding of Air Nigeria and Dana Air and when Arik stopped operation for three days, Aero’s lack of capacity led to the suffering of passengers. In the domestic market Arik and Aero can be described as a duopoly because of their relatively higher capacity.”

By next year the aviation ministry plans to offer single digit long terms loans to airlines to assist them in acquiring new aircraft. Plans have been concluded to assist the operators, including those that have temporarily stopped services, to acquire modern aircraft from manufacturers and lessors.
