Call Centre Vacancy In Ghana

UNICAF, global scholarship association in partnership with European, US and UK universities invites applications for a call centre position in Ghana:
Applicants should have the following qualifications / experience/responsibilities/skills:
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills
  • Dynamic and proactive demeanor
  • Good command of the English language
  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Handle student inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve applicant issues
  • Provide students with programme and payment plan information
  • Enter new student information into system
  • Update existing student information
  • Process forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up student calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
