- Outstanding organisational and planning skills
- Dynamic and proactive demeanor
- Good command of the English language
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle student inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve applicant issues
- Provide students with programme and payment plan information
- Enter new student information into system
- Update existing student information
- Process forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up student calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
