The Toffees picked up a well deserved three points at
Goodison Park as they consigned Pep Guardiola's men to a second league defeat
in three weeks
Manchester City suffered another blow to their title hopes
on Sunday when they lost 4-0 to Everton.
Romelu Lukaku, Kevin Mirallas and Tom Davies were on target
for the Toffees in a simple victory for Ronald Koeman's men, before Ademola
Lookman's luxurious fourth.
Everton had the advantage after 34 minutes when Mirallas
took it past Yaya Toure before finding Lukaku, who smashed it past Claudio
Bravo.
It took just two minutes of the second half for that lead to
be doibled, with Ross Barkley setting Mirallas up to send it low into the net.
In the 80th minute, Everton killed the visitors off as
Davies chipped it beyond Bravo for his first senior goal.
And when Guardiola's men thought the worst had gone past
them, up stepped Lookman to add a fourth for his side.
